What is Social Sponsorship?
Social Sponsorship is a way for both women's sports fans and supporters of girls youth programs to personally be a part of something lasting and life changing.

So many talented woman athletes are forced to give up on their athletic Dreams, because the salaries are barely enough to pay for basic life necessities. Together, we can make a difference.

We use the funds to sponsor thousands of young girls that otherwise may not be able to afford after school programs such as music courses, gymnastics, science etc. Helping discover their Passions and supporting to become a Dream.

What is the difference between crowdfunding and Social Sponsorship?
That's a great question!
The primary difference between crowdfunding and our Social
Sponsorship through United for SHE is that unlike crowdfunding where funds raised are given to a single entity or person. Our Social Sponsorship funds are allocated and distributed across a wide array of programs:

If you donate to PASS, the funds are specifically used towards women's professional sports athletes in the way of sponsorship dollars, in addition to sponsorship prize money, for singular professional events, such as surfing etc.

If you donate to GAPPS, the funds are specifically used towards the sponsoring of young girls in a wide variety of after school programs, in the areas each child expresses interests in and we help by continuing to support the costs of these programs.

How often can I be a sponsor and what if I can only donate $1 at a time?
You can donate however much or however often that you would like, with no obligations.
Every dollar adds up and is very much appreciated.
However due to the PayPal processing fees, the majority of sponsors choose to donate every few months or once per year. Example:
A $100 donation = $3.38 PayPal fee which is 3.38%.
A $10 donation = $.78 PayPal fee which is 7.79%.
To help ensure that the maximum amount of your donation goes towards your selected Sponsorship, we suggest that you save up your donations and donate less frequently.
